Can I change my learning arc?
Talk with a teacher you have completed a lesson with. They can update your placement. Progress in other arcs is kept.
Is a booking request a confirmed lesson?
A teacher needs to accept the request before it becomes a lesson. Check Requests in your workspace for its current status.
Who can see my lesson notes?
Your private notes are visible only to you. Shared lesson materials are separate.
Where can I manage my account?
Open Settings in your workspace to change your details or remove your account. If you cannot sign in, use this form.
